Manager can create Field Reps (staff) after logging into the App. Manager can create up to 25 maximum number of Reps(as per subscription plan) and can see the location, customers and progress of the Reps with respect to their customers

Manager can also create and Add new customers and can assign these customers to specific Reps. The Reps can be chosen from the drop down menu in the add customer fields after the Reps have been created/added by the Manager. After assigning the customer, when the Rep logs in, he/she will be able to see the list of customers assigned to them by the Manager and add Follow-up. The details of this follow-up for each customer can be seen by the Manager form his/her dashboard. Manager can also communicate with Customers directly from this App through voice call or email.
